Verandah residents and First Bank will sponsor the 8K run, a 2-mile fun walk and tot trot at 8:30 a.m. in the Verandah community. The event is sanctioned by the Fort Myers Track Club. Pre-registration for the event is $25. You can register for the run on the day of the event (7:30am) for $30. Lunch, live entertainment and a raffle will follow the race.
