Position: Operations Coordinator

Reports To: Jeff Brown, Operations Director

Station/Location: WAYM, Franklin, TN

WAY-FM's flagship station in Nashville, TN is searching for a new Operations Coordinator. This position will provide mission critical support to the programming department through inputting, tracking and basic oversight of all WAY-FM Business Impact Partner announcements and station promos and event announcements for WAYM/Nashville, WAYQ/Clarksville, WAYD/Bowling Green and WAYW/New Johnsonville. This position will also provide administrative and research support to Operations Director.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for preparing weekly long-form and short-form programming (including producing, writing and hosting of said programming) and will provide assistance at station concerts and events.

Candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills and have the ability to juggle several tasks at once. Experience with Microsoft Office is required. College degree preferred.
