Ever wondered how events run so smoothly? How microphones magically appear on stage, and lobbies get transformed into artist hang-outs? It’s because people just like you volunteer with WAY-FM and help make it happen! We have several opportunities for you to help out with upcoming concerts and events in your community and would love to get you on board with our volunteer team!

Not only do you get the opportunity to serve and be a part of the ministry, you also get to meet some of our staff! It gives you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into how WAY-FM works.

Hello, I am a big fan of your radio station. I currently attend Florida Gulf Coast University and I am a Communications major. I need to do a Service Learning Project for one of my classes and I considered this to be a great opportunity. I would really appreciate the chance and I know it will be a very rewarding opportunity. Hi Wayfmers, I have a few youth who would love to volunteer at the Chris Tomlin concert. Jeff Taylor has spoken to this group in the past. The Marco Presbyterian Church youth group. PICK ME PLEASE! Head on WAYFM with Joy and Jeff in the morning that you are looking for volunteers to help with the Veggie Tale event and McGregor Baptist Church. I am a student at Southwest Florida Christian Academy an affiliated school with McGregor. Frankly I need community service for this quarter and I thought it would be a win/win situation for all involved. I get to see Veggie Tales event hough I'm a big kid but I'm also a huge fan.
