About Jeff:
Jeff Taylor has been doing morning radio for a long, long time. He is married to Larisa and together they have two kids, Tommy (12) and Kate (9). Jeff is a TV addict and spends lots of his time Facebooking with his friends. He hails from Seattle and thinks that EVERYONE should want to live in the Northwest!
He loves sports and is a major fan of both the Florida Gators and the Washington Huskies. He has fantasies about hosting SportsCenter on ESPN someday but they aren’t returning any of his calls...
Jeff thinks that being part of the team at WAY-FM is a really big deal...an honor, actually. He likes to be as transparent and real as possible (even though it makes his wife cringe sometimes) and loves the idea of doing life together with friends like you. Jeff thinks that the world would be a much better place if we all learned how to live "graciously" with one another. He thinks he has the greatest job in the world!
About Joy:
Joy Summers is a recent college graduate and is new to the WAY-FM team. Joy is a pastor’s daughter that hails from West Virginia, but we try not to hold that against her. She literally grew up in the woods with her three brothers, so she can build a mean fort and don’t even think about challenging her to a light saber duel! Despite all those brothers, Joy is the definition of a girly girl. If it’s sparkly, it can easily distract Joy mid-sentence.
Joy struggles with a new disease that is quite uncommon at her age called Bieber Fever, we are still looking into a cure for that one. She loves to laugh, is friend-obsessed, and happens to be unfortunate in every area of life. So if it’s going to happen, it will happen to Joy!
Middays with Jeff Connell

Jeff was born in Germany and grew up in Seattle. He has worked in radio in Seattle, Portland, Denver, and numerous other cities across the country. Jeff and his wife Tawsha have a home with their awesome son Colton who was born in 2008, and two dogs. Tawsha is a runner who recently completed her first half-marathon, and is working on talking Jeff into one. Pre-kids, they loved to travel. Now, they're trying to figure out how to make that work. Jeff loves talking music, faith, life, and growing together.
The Wally Show
Weekdays 3:00PM - 8:00PM
Before he came to WAY-FM, Wally worked at various rock stations for a number of years, and he even did a couple years at Radio Disney (that was bizarre). Most recently Wally did a morning show at one of the biggest alternative rock stations in the country, 99x in Atlanta. "I know what it's like to live in the real world and have your faith tested every day," says Wally, "The fact is you probably work in a place where other people don't understand your values or beliefs either.
I can relate to that. I also know what it's like to be less than perfect in that world. The bottom line for me is... if you are the kind of person who hears the Bible verse 'let he who is without sin cast the first stone,' and you look for cover instead of a rock... you're going to love this show."

Melissa Moore

Real life issues, real life questions and some really funny answers. Always honest, always real and never judgmental. She never quite fit the traditional Christian mold. Melissa is a self proclaimed Martha Stewart wannabe who is married with a fabulous 6 year old daughter and crazy dog. Fun, quirky and relevant...Melissa Moore.
Overnights with Marcia
Weekdays 11:00PM - 6:00AM
Marcia has been on the air at WAY-FM since 1997.
Born in Chicago, Raised in Ohio, Marcia’s radio career began rather accidentally. Originally pursuing a career in music, Bob Augsburg heard a demo of her voice work and hired her for the overnight position at WAY-FM Nashville with no resume or experience in the field (now that's bravery!). Nearly 14 years later, she's still a working vocalist for bands like the Funk Brothers of Motown and Country music star Lorrie Morgan; and keeps watch over the late night hours here on the radio.
